What We Do

For much of the South Asian countries, Christian leadership training for indigenous workers is hard to come by. Many indigenous workers don’t have time to pursue a full-time seminary or formal degree. Training might be offered hundreds of miles away in English language or be prohibitively expensive. Therefore, STEP International provides training for national Christian workers that can be held in many situations. Our trainings are personal, contextual and ministry skills oriented.
