Abhijit was born and raised in Odisha state of India. His formal educational background comprises of six years of Christian Theology and two years of Mission Studies (missiology) at various institutions in India and abroad.  He is passionate to see the uplifting of the poor and downtrodden through educational and sustainable community development initiatives in South Asia.

Shelley Wiebe is the Donor Development Director at Adult & Teen Challenge, BC. She is originally from Ontario, but BC has been her home for over 30 years.  She is a recent graduate of British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) where she completed two programs, one in Fundraising Management and the other in Non-Profit Management.  She has been passionate about fundraising for Christian non-profits for the past 10 years and has had the honor of working or volunteering for many.  For her, it has been so satisfying to see donor giving increase as a result of introducing and implementing best practices in fundraising.  When she is not at work, you can find her on a local mountain trail or huddled around a campfire with her kids.

Randy has served as a missionary, pastor, church planter and now as an Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Leadership Studies and Practical Theology at MB Seminary (part of ACTS Seminaries at Trinity Western University). He is also the Director of MinistryLift, a leadership resourcing ministry dedicated to help individuals and teams love God more and serve Him more effectively. Randy has taught in India, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico and Ukraine. Randy and his wife, Lore, live in Langley, British Columbia with their four children.
